Professor Muhammad Yunus, a brief true story

Just found this little amazing true story...

In 1976, Professor "Muhammad Yunus" started the "Grameen Bank" with $27 out of his pocket.

In 2006, Yunus won the Nobel Peace Prize for demonstrating the possibility of eradicating poverty through micro-lending to Entrepreneurs in developing nations throughout the world.

Today, the Grameen Bank serves more than six million poor families with loans, insurance and other services. It is a model for micro-finance institutions around the globe.

wooow.. help 6.000.000 poor families, start with as little as $27..

amazing

what can we do to contribute...

Several months ago, I wrote about www.kiva.org here: http://123toattractwealth.com/help-others-with-kiva-org.htm

As a start, I donated $100 to two entrepreneurs ($50 each).. after that, each month, I received information that they already make partial payment for that donation.
After all the donation is paid, we can allocate these fund to another entrepreneurs, and help make world a better place to live

Through small micro-donations of $40, $25 and $10, we can help Entrepreneurs at Kiva.org. That's the power of what "micro-fundraising" can do!!!
